Horizon High School students celebrated Black History Month by creating their own unique works of art. Students entered their artwork in an art contest organized by Novartis and our winners were honored at a reception held at the Morris Museum. We recently began work on a new community residence in Livingston that will be the agency’s 8th residence for individuals with disabilities. The land was just cleared of trees (CPNJ is paying to plant twice as many trees as were removed) and we will begin construction. We will keep you posted with regular updates on our progress!

Thanks to the donations received from the Wheelin’-n’-Walkin’ Challenge, the consumers from the Wayne Adult Training Center have been able to take bowling trips! These funds allow us to take our consumers to social outings that wouldn’t otherwise be possible. Pictured here is Mo, who enjoys these trips because he says it’s a time to interact with his friends outside of their typical environment.
