Dashon makes great progress with Aquatic Therapy

For two years, Dashon from our Horizon High School has been using aquatic therapy to make excellent progress in his flexibility, range of motion, and fine motor skills! Dashon’s COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) Steve Okyle has been working with him in our state of the art therapy pool to help him move more easily. Dashon loves working in the therapy pool, and is showing improvement every day!

Great progress, Dashon!

Jimmy Walks!

Jimmy has made great progress at Horizon School! Since September, Jimmy has been working with our staff on learning to walk unassisted. Jimmy has since been able to walk down the halls independently, and is currently trying to master the stairs!! “He is always enthusiastic and a real Joy to work with” said Mark Leibert, Physical Therpaist at Horizon School.

Great job, Jimmy!
