CPNJ mourns the loss of Horizon High School student Dean Caracciola. He is remembered for a kind spirit that touched everyone who met him. The viewing is scheduled for Thursday (8/15) from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Biondi Funeral Home at 540 Franklin Avenue in Nutley. The service will be held on Friday (8/16) beginning at 9:15 am.
Last night the gymnasium at Horizon High School was transformed into a fashion week runway show. Students from our Horizon Schools walked the runway accompanied by their volunteer partners as family members, loved ones, and CPNJ employees cheered on the ravishing models! The show showcased adaptive clothing, fitted specifically for individuals with disabilities. The event was made possible by a cooperative effort between CPNJ’s Tereasa Hatch and The Runway of Dreams Foundation. Special thanks go out to The Runway of Dreams founder Mindy Scheier, coordinator Laurie Newman, Runway of Dreams Interns, and our wonderful CPNJ volunteers. If you have any questions concerning the show or how to purchase the adaptive clothing or shoes showcased, please reach out to Teresa Hatch at firstname.lastname@example.org .
