Including Real Life Choices, Individual Community Support Services (ICSS), Self-Determination, Self Directed Day Supports (SDDS), Personal Preferences.

Some individuals qualify for home and community-based supports instead of, or in addition to a traditional day program. This may include assistance with activities of daily living, transportation in the community, and a wide variety of social and recreational activities according to the personal preferences of each family.

Families that wish to enroll in the any of our In-Home programs (listed above) must get a referral from their case manager with the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.
