CPNJ operates seven community residences for adults with developmental disabilities in Orange, West Orange (2), Maplewood, Plainfield, and Warren. Two more residences are in the development phase and are slated to open in 2012. Each residence provides 24-hour supervision and the support our individuals need to be active participants in the community. Construction has begun on our Steven Rubenstein Community Residence which will be located on South Orange ave. To view the progress of the construction please click here.

Our Essex Properties is a 24-unit apartment building in Newark that provides independent living facilities for low-income adults with disabilities and their families. CPNJ provides social service supports.
