Circuit Training Fitness Program

Modeled on a popular commercial circuit program, this specialized fitness program allows participants from our adult day programs in Orange and Irvington to get exercise while having fun with the volunteers. Program participants spend two hours doing this program every Friday. They rotate through various steps, changing what they are working on roughly every two minutes. Volunteers serve as “personal trainers” to coordinate and help with the exercises.
